Operation of the sliding sunroof
To open the hatch, press the side of the switch marked "OPEN", to close, press the side of the switch marked "CLOSE" and hold in this position.
The hatch stops moving approximately 100 mm before it is completely closed. Then release the switch and press it down again to completely close the hatch. This precaution prevents fingers from getting caught.
Caution: Before closing the sliding sunroof, be careful not to pinch passengers' fingers. Keep children away from the sunroof. They may get hurt.
Raising the hatch
Before you can raise the sunroof, you must close it. Then press the side of the switch marked "DP". To lower the sunroof, press the side marked "DOWN" and hold until the sunroof is lowered all the way.
Attention:
- Be careful when closing the hatch. Carelessness may result in injury.
- Before opening the sunroof, remove water, snow, ice or sand from the sunroof panel.
- For the safety of children remaining in the car, always remove the ignition key. If the sun visor happens to be retracted too far, you can pull it out again by fully opening the sliding sunroof.
