Deflector for middle and side air blowers

Opening or closing and adjusting the direction of air flow.
Control Levers

Fan switch lever
This sliding control is used to turn the fan on and off and to select different fan stages.
Air flow distribution lever
This sliding regulator is used to control the air flow movement.
Air temperature control lever
This sliding control is used to change the temperature of the air entering the passenger compartment.
Air intake lever
Position
Outside air is supplied into the vehicle interior.
This position is selected during normal operation of the heater and, accordingly, the air conditioner.
Position
Air constantly circulates in the cabin. This position is selected when driving in dusty areas.
Caution: This control position should not be used for long periods of time, as the interior air temperature will increase and the windows may fog up.
Air conditioner switch
Only for vehicles with air conditioning.
Before using this key, start the engine. When the air conditioner is on, the indicator lamp lights up.
Note: Since adjusting the heater and, accordingly, the air conditioner distracts the driver while driving, it is recommended to do this only when the car is completely stopped.
Heating
In this operating mode, warm air is supplied to the passenger compartment through the air blowers located in the footwell.
1. For normal heating, set the air inlet lever to the position
2. Set the air flow distribution lever to the position
3. Turn on the fan.
4. Move the air temperature control lever from the middle to the desired extreme position "HOT".
For quick heating, set the air inlet lever to position
Ventilation
In this operating mode, outside air enters the passenger compartment through the side and middle air blowers.
1. Set the air inlet lever to the position
2. Set the air flow distribution lever to the position
3. Turn on the fan.
4. Set the air temperature control lever to the desired position.
Removal ice and condensation
This operating mode removes ice or condensation from the glass.
1. Set the air inlet lever to the position
2. Set the air flow distribution lever to the position
3. Turn on the fan.
4. Move the air temperature control lever from the middle to the desired "HOT" position.
To quickly remove ice or condensation from the windows, set the air inlet lever to the position
Heating of the head area and footwell
In this operating mode, outside air enters the passenger compartment through the middle and side air vents, and warm air through the air vents in the footwell.
1. Set the air inlet lever to the position
2. Set the air flow distribution lever to the middle between
3. Turn on the fan.
4. Set the air temperature control lever to the middle between "HOT" (hot) and "COLD" (cold).
Heating and drying
In this operating mode, the interior is heated and condensation is removed from the windshield.
1. Set the air inlet lever to the position
2. Set the air flow distribution lever to the middle between
3. Turn on the fan.
4. Move the air temperature control lever from the middle to the extreme "HOT" position.
Additional operating instructions
Regardless of the position of the air intake lever, a small amount of air from the middle and side air blowers always enters the passenger compartment. To quickly free the side windows from ice and condensation, close the middle air blowers and direct the air flow coming out of the side air blowers to the side windows.
Clear the windshield wipers and the ventilation openings in front of the windshield of snow and ice in advance.
Air conditioner
Start the engine and press the switch to turn on the air conditioner. The cooling effect of the air conditioner is provided only when the engine is running.
Cooling
In this operating mode, the outside air is cooled and dried.
1. Set the air inlet lever to the position
2. Set the air flow distribution lever to the position
3. Turn on the fan.
4. Press the air conditioner switch. The indicator lamp will light.
5. Set the air temperature control lever to the desired position.
Heating while simultaneously drying the air in the cabin
In this operating mode, the air in the cabin is heated and dried.
1. Set the air inlet lever to the position
2. Set the air flow distribution lever to the position
3. Turn on the fan.
4. Press the air conditioner switch. The indicator lamp will light.
5. Set the air temperature control lever to the desired position.
Removal ice while simultaneously drying the air in the cabin
In this operating mode, ice and condensation are removed from the glass while simultaneously drying the air in the passenger compartment.
1. Set the air inlet lever to the position
2. Set the air flow distribution lever to the position
3. Turn on the fan.
4. Press the air conditioner switch. The indicator lamp will light.
5. Set the air temperature control lever to the desired position.
Additional instructions
When using the air conditioner, the windows and sunroof must be closed.
If the car has been parked for a long time in direct sunlight, keep the doors and hatch open for 2-3 minutes to cool the interior faster. Then raise the windows. This sequence of actions helps the air in the interior cool down faster with the air conditioner.
The air conditioner should be turned on at least once a month - particularly in winter - for approximately 10 minutes to prevent possible damage to the system due to lack of lubrication.
If the coolant temperature gauge needle moves past the "HOT" sector, turn off the air conditioner.
