Windshield wiper blades
Cleaning
If the washer and wiper do not effectively clean the windshield or the wiper blades rattle during operation, the cause may be contamination of the windshield or the blades themselves with wax-like or other substances.
Wash the outside of the windshield with washer fluid or neutral detergent. If the windshield is clean, there will be no droplets when you rinse it with water.
Wipe the windshield wiper blades with a cloth soaked in a solution of washer fluid or neutral detergent. Then rinse the blades with clean water. If the quality of cleaning the windshield by the windshield wiper remains unsatisfactory, replace the blades.
Windscreen washer nozzles
When treating the bonnet with protective wax, be careful not to let it get on the washer nozzles. This could clog the nozzles or impair the windscreen washer's performance. If wax gets into a nozzle, remove it with a small pin (B).

Replacement
1. Raise the wiper arm. When raising the wiper arms, raise the driver's side arm first, then the passenger side arm. Otherwise, you may scratch or damage the wiper blade.
2. Press and hold the lock (1). Then remove the wiper blade.
3. Install the new wiper blade in reverse order.
4. Lower the wiper arm to its original position.
