2. Disconnect the AAC valve wiring. On Executive models, disconnect the FICD valve wiring.
3. Loosen the clamps and disconnect the air hoses from the IAA block cover and internal connections.
4. Unscrew the two screws and two nuts on the IAA block cover.
5. Remove the cover and gasket.
6. Remove the AAC valve plate with the valve, remove the gasket.
7. Remove the F1CD valve plate with valve and vacuum control valve; remove the gasket.

8. Note that although the FICD and AAC valves can be removed separately (photo), they are only accessible as part of the IAA assembly. The vacuum control valve can only be replaced as part of the FICD valve plate.
9. Installation is carried out in the reverse order, use new gaskets and tighten the screws and nuts to the tightening torque specified in the Specifications. If the FICD valve plate has been replaced, check and adjust the idle speed and mixture quality.
