1. Remove the pump from the vehicle.
2. Carefully clamp the pulley in a vice, unscrew the lock nut. Remove the washer and the pump from the pulley. If the pump is damaged or worn, it must be replaced with the suspension unit.
3. When installing, tighten all nuts and bolts to the tightening torque specified in Specifications.
