Location of windshield washer components

Removal the jets
- Press the nozzle (1) in the direction shown by the arrow in the figure to release the latch (2) and remove the nozzle upward.
- Disconnect the windshield washer pipe.
Checking the jets
- This model of car is equipped with non-adjustable jets, meaning they do not require adjustment.
- Blow compressed air through the nozzle in the direction of fluid flow and make sure that air passes through only one hole. Check that air does not flow in the opposite direction.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Windshield washer reservoir - removal and installation
- Loosen the screw (arrow) securing the windshield washer reservoir neck (1).
- Remove the front fender guard.
- Remove the front bumper.
- Disconnect the windshield washer pump connector.
- Unscrew the bolts (2) securing the windshield washer reservoir (1).
- Remove the tube and remove the windshield washer reservoir from the vehicle.

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
- After installation, add water (washing liquid) to the top edge of the windshield washer reservoir neck and check for fluid leaks.
- Tightening torque of windshield washer reservoir mounting bolts: 3.8-5.1 N·m.
Windshield washer pump - removal and installation
- Remove the front fender guard.
- Remove the right side of the front bumper.
- Disconnect the windshield washer pump plug and the rear (2) and front (3) windshield washer pipes.
- Pull out the windshield washer pump (1) in the direction shown by the arrow in the figure. Remove the pump from the windshield washer reservoir.
- Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
♦ When installing the windshield washer pump, there should be no traces of seals or other foreign objects on it.
♦ When connecting the tubes to the windshield washer pump, do not confuse the front and rear windshield washer tubes, which are located on different sides.
Windshield wiper and washer control switch - removal and installation
- Remove the driver's side lower dash panel, lower steering column cover and instrument cluster.
- Disconnect the front windshield wiper and washer control switch connector.
- While pressing the latches (2) of the switch mounting in the directions shown by the arrows in the figure, pull the switch (1) towards the front passenger door and remove it from the base.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
