Installation and adjustment
- Lubricate the connection points of the wiper rods to the wiper frame with grease.
- Install the windshield wiper motor and rods onto the vehicle. Tighten the mounting bolts to a torque of 3.8-5.1 N·m.
- Connect the electrical plug to the electric motor. To operate the electric motor, turn on the windshield wiper and then turn it off (so that the electric motor stops automatically).
- Connect the windshield washer pipes.
- Install the panel cover in front of the windshield.
- Clean the hinge area with a brush. This will reduce the chance of the wiper arms becoming loose.

- Before installing the arms, turn the windshield wiper on and then off (so that the windshield wiper motor stops automatically).
- Press the wiper arm onto the pivot shaft. In this case, it is necessary to pay attention to the alignment of the splines.
- Lift the wiper blades upwards and then install them on the glass surface so that before tightening the mounting nuts, the central parts of the wiper blades are located at distances A and B from the lower edge of the windshield.
- Spray the glass with cleaning liquid. Turn the windshield wiper on and then off.
- Make sure that the wiper blades stop at the positions corresponding to gaps A and B.

Gap A: 36.6-51.6 mm.
Gap B: 40.4-55.4 mm.
- Tighten the wiper arm mounting nuts to 20.6-26.4 N·m.
- Install the wiper arm caps.
Caution: Do not drop the wiper motor or allow it to come into contact with other parts. Check for grease on the wiper arms and rod connections. Add grease if necessary.
