Expansion tank (Nissan Murano Z50)

The coolant expansion tank is located in the engine compartment on top of the mudguard and is maintenance-free. It is very important not to remove the reservoir cap until the engine has cooled down.

• If it becomes necessary to replace the reservoir, disconnect the reservoir hose from the radiator.
• Unscrew the bolts securing the tank to the mounting brackets and pull out the tank along with the hose.
• Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Add water or antifreeze solution to the reservoir up to the maximum mark.
