Finishing the console assembly (on models with manual transmission); 4. Cup holder assembly; 5. Console cover assembly; 6. Console box assembly; 7. Rear ventilation grille; 8. Rear console trim; 9. Rear cup holder assembly; 10. Key antenna in the passenger compartment; 11. Rear console bracket; 12. Rear air vent; 13. Intermediate console wiring; 14. Console body; 15. Console bracket; 16. Lower instrument panel cover (left); 17. Lower instrument panel cover (right).
7. Remove the lower instrument panel covers (left/right).
- Pull up on the lower instrument panel cover from the back and release the rear latches.
- Pull back and unhook the bottom cover from the dashboard.
8. Remove the front center console mounting screws (A) (left/right).
9. Remove the rear center console mounting screws (A) (left/right).
10. Disconnect the console intermediate wiring connectors and remove the center console assembly.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Disassembly and assembly
Disassembly
1. Remove the rear console trim assembly.
- Using the puller (A), release the retaining clips from the rear console trim assembly.
- Pull the rear console assembly trim (1) and remove it.
2. Remove the rear cup holder assembly.
- Remove the mounting screws (A) from the rear cup holder assembly.
- Pull the rear cup holder assembly (1) and remove it.
3. Remove the rear console bracket.
- Remove the mounting screws (A) from the rear console bracket.
- Pull the rear console bracket (1) and remove it.
4. Remove the rear air vent.
- Remove the mounting screws from the rear air vent.
- Remove the rear air vent.
5. Remove the console cover assembly.
- Remove the mounting screws from the console cover assembly.
- Pull the console assembly cover up and remove it.
6. Remove the console box assembly.
- Remove the mounting screws from the console box assembly.
- Pull the console box assembly out and remove it.
7. Remove the cup holder assembly.
- Remove the mounting screws from the cup holder assembly.
- Pull the cup holder assembly up and remove it.
Assembly
- Assembly is performed in the reverse order of disassembly.
