Removal
1. Remove the wheels from the vehicle.
2. Remove the wheel sensor wiring from the suspension arm.
3. Support the suspension arm with a suitable jack and remove the load from the spring.
4. Remove the wishbone from the suspension arm.
5. Remove the wishbone from the suspension beam.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
- Perform final tightening of all bolts and nuts in the installation position of the rear suspension beam and axle housing (rubber-metal bushing) in an unloaded state, when the vehicle is standing with its wheels on the ground.
Check after removal
Check the control arm and bushing for deformation, cracks or damage. Replace if necessary.
Post-installation check
1. Check the rear wheel alignment angles. See above.
