Removal and installation
Removal
1. Remove the front door trim. See the section above "Interior equipment".
2. Using the puller (A), remove both seals (1) as shown in the figure.
3. Lower or raise the door glass using the main window switch until the glass mounting bolts are exposed.
4. Unscrew the glass mounting bolts.
5. Lift the door glass and secure it with the suction cup.
6. Disconnect the connector from the module assembly and remove the wiring clamp.
7. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the module assembly.

8. Unscrew the mounting bolts of the window lift assembly.
9. Remove the module assembly.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Disassembly and assembly
Disassembly
1. Remove the window motor from the module assembly.
2. Remove the window regulator assembly from the module assembly.
Assembly
Assembly is performed in the reverse order of disassembly.
Checking and adjusting
Check after removal
Check the window regulator assembly as follows. If any abnormalities are found, replace or lubricate.
Check:
- is the cable worn out, is the window regulator deformed?;
- the condition of the lubricant in the sliding areas.
The application points of the universal grease are shown in the figure by arrows.
Resetting the system to its original state
If the work described below is carried out, reset the system to its original state:
- interruption in the power supply to the window switch or motor due to a blown fuse or disconnection from the battery, etc;
- removing and installing the window lift assembly;
- removing and installing the window lift motor assembly;
- removing and installing the window lift switch connector;
- replacement of window lifters included;
- removal and installation of door glass;
- removing and installing the glass guide channel.
Procedure for resetting to initial state
After installing all components on the vehicle, perform the following operations:
1. Temporarily disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal or disconnect the connector from the window switch for at least 1 minute, then reconnect.
2. Turn the ignition key to the "ON" position.
3. Lower or raise the door glass approximately halfway.
4. Pull the B button fully back on the "up" board (automatic closing position) and hold until the door glass rises to the top position for another 2 seconds, then release.
5. Check that the anti-pinch function is working.
Note: The reset procedure may be cancelled if the window is continuously lowered and raised. In this case, repeat the procedure.
Checking the operation of the anti-pinch function
1. Lower the door glass completely.
2. Place a wooden block (wooden handle of a hammer, etc.) in an almost raised position.
3. Raise the glass fully in automatic mode.
Make sure that the glass changes direction without pinching the wooden block and drops approximately 150 mm or for 2 seconds and then stops.
The glass should not rise when the main window switch is pressed during direction changing or lowering.
Attention:
- Do not test by pinching any part of the body, hand, etc. Try to avoid pinching.
- Make sure that the automatic lifting function works normally before testing after resetting the system.
Checking the fit
- Make sure the glass fits snugly into the guide groove.
- Lower the glass slightly (approximately 10-20 mm) and make sure that the glass edge is parallel to the guide. If not, loosen the window regulator mounting bolts, glass guide and carrier, and adjust the glass position.
