Removal and installation the front reflector panel (Nissan Maxima A32)

1. Use a wax pencil to mark the position of the wiper blades on the car windshield.

2. Remove the windshield wiper arms (see section Removal and installation front and rear bumpers).



3. Carefully pry along the edge, remove the sealing tape from the rear edge of the engine compartment opening - the plastic fasteners that secure the tape to the reflector are also used to secure the reflector panel itself. Press down the rear edge of the reflector panel to release its two upper pin fasteners. Remove the reflector.

Note: The fluid supply hose to the right windshield washer nozzle is threaded through a slot in the reflector panel.

4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Make sure that the brushes are positioned correctly on the windshield.
