Note: This procedure applies to right drive shaft assembly only.
1. Remove the right drive shaft assembly (see section Removal and installation drive shafts).
2. Manually check the smoothness and noiselessness of rotation of the support bearing.
3. The replacement of a failed bearing should be entrusted to service station specialists; prepare a repair kit consisting of a replacement unit with three dust covers.
4. Install the drive shaft assembly with the new support bearing pressed onto it in its standard place (see section Removal and installation drive shafts).
