Measuring the height of the clutch pedal (N)

Pedal height
1. With the clutch pedal released, measure the distance H from the surface of the rubber pad to the floor.
2. Compare the measurement result with the requirements of the Specifications and make appropriate adjustments if necessary.

3. Loosen the pedal stop/ASCD switch lock nut.
4. Rotate the stop/switch sensor to achieve the required pedal position.
5. Tighten the lock nut and recheck the pedal height setting.
Free pedal travel

1. Lightly depress the clutch pedal and measure the length of its stroke until resistance occurs. Compare the measurement result with the requirements of the Specifications. If necessary, make the appropriate adjustments.
2. Loosen the master cylinder pusher lock nut and, by rotating the pusher rod in the appropriate direction (clockwise or counterclockwise), achieve the desired result.
3. Tighten the lock nut securely and repeat the check.
