Removal
Clutch Pedal Components
1 - axle bolt; 2 - bushing; 3 - pedal; 4 - coupling; 5 - washer; 6 - return spring; 7 - nut
1. In the vehicle interior, disconnect the push rod from the clutch pedal.
2. Loosen the nut on the pedal axle bolt and remove the washer.
3. Try to remember the installation position of the return spring, remove the axle bolt and remove the clutch pedal from the car.
4. Remove the bushings and clutch from the pedal.
Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
1. Check the condition of the bushings and coupling, replace if necessary.
2. Before installation, moderately lubricate the mounting pin and axle bolt with lithium-based molybdenum disulfide grease.
3. Reinstall the return spring in its original position.
4. Tighten the axle bolt nut to the required torque.
5. Adjust the height and free travel of the clutch pedal.
