Removal
1. Loosen the cable nuts on the clutch fork lever.
2. Inside the cabin, disconnect the cable from the pedal, which may require removing the dash panel.
3. Disconnect the pedal spring from the bracket.
4. Unscrew the nut and remove the axle, remove the pedal with the spring.
5. Check the condition of the bushings and axle. Replace worn parts.
Installation
1. Press in and lubricate the bushings.
2. Install the pedal with the spring, insert the axle and tighten the nut.
3. Place the spring into the plates.
4. Connect the cable, check the pedal adjustment.
