For cable operated clutch:
2. Adjust the free play of the clutch release lever (B) as follows:
Press the lever with your hand until you feel resistance, then tighten the adjusting nut. Loosen the adjusting nut by 2.5-3.5 turns, then tighten the lock nut.
- Free play of clutch release lever (B) — 2.5-3.5 mm
- Tightening torque of the lock nut is 3-4 Nm
For hydraulic and cable operated clutches:
3. Measure the pedal free play (A) at the center of the pad.
