The clutch consists of a driven (frictional) disc, clutch cover with pressure plate and diaphragm spring and clutch release mechanism. The friction disc consists of two annular friction linings, which are fastened with rivets to the hub with damper springs. The diaphragm spring is rigidly riveted to the clutch housing along the periphery through support rings, against which the spring diaphragm can sag. As the friction linings wear, the clutch cable needs to be adjusted.
