1. Start the engine. Turning on the heaters when the engine is not running will drain the battery.
2. Press the button on the "LO" or "HI" side of the indicator to turn on the weak or strong heating mode, respectively, based on the temperature in the car interior.
The heater is controlled by a thermostat, which automatically switches the heating element on and off. However, the light bulb remains on all the time.
3. When leaving the vehicle or after the interior has warmed up sufficiently, do not forget to turn off the seat heating.
CAUTION! Do not turn on the seat heating for a long time or when the seat is empty.
- Do not place heat insulators such as blankets or covers on the seat. The seat may overheat.
- Do not place hard or heavy objects on the seat or pierce it with sharp objects (for example, with needles). You may damage the heater.
- Any liquid spilled on the heated seat must be wiped off immediately with a dry cloth.
- Do not use gasoline, solvent or similar substances to clean the seat.
- If there is any abnormality in operation, or if the seat heating does not work, turn it off and contact your Nissan dealer.
