  • The valve serves to maintain constant oil pressure. It is built into the oil pump. If the oil pressure warning light is on or flashing, this indicates insufficient oil pressure in the system. Remove and inspect the valve.
  • Unscrew the plug (1).
  • Remove the spring (2) and piston (3).
