When removing parts using a screwdriver or other tool, protect the parts by wrapping the end of the tool with electrical tape or vinyl tape.
Cover removed parts with a clean cloth.
If the clips are deformed or damaged, replace them with new ones.
Replace disposable parts with new ones after each removal.
Tighten bolts and nuts securely to the specified tightening torques.
After completing the assembly, make sure that each part is working.
Remove paint in the following way:
- A) Water-soluble paints: dip the fabric in warm water and wring it out well; after removing the paint, wipe the surface with a soft dry cloth.
- B) Oil paints: dilute synthetic detergent in warm water (two or three percent solution); dip the cloth into the solution, and then remove the paint, then dip the soft cloth into fresh water, and then wring it out well. Then completely remove the detergent. Wipe the surface with a soft dry cloth.
Do not use organic solvents or petrol.
When performing procedures that require the removal of the hood, cover the lower edge of the windshield with suitable material.
