Accelerator cable — adjustment (Nissan Bluebird T12)

1. First check that the pedal height is set correctly, the thread on the end of the lock bolt protrudes to the length given in the Specifications (Figure 3.7).



2. Adjust the position of the outer cable on the carburetor hanger so that when the fuel supply control pedal is fully released, the gap in the pedal shoe is 1.0 - 3.0 mm. Tighten both adjusting nuts (photo).
