Recommended fuel
Petrol engines:
Unleaded high-quality (premium) gasoline with an octane rating of at least 95.
In the absence of high-quality gasoline, it is permissible to temporarily use regular unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 91. However, in this case, the following precautions must be observed:
- Fill the tank only partially with regular unleaded gasoline. At the first opportunity, refuel the vehicle by adding high-quality unleaded gasoline until the tank is full.
- Avoid driving with the throttle fully open and sudden acceleration.
CAUTION! Do not use leaded gasoline as this may damage the catalytic converter.
Diesel engine*:
Diesel fuel with a cetane number of at least 50.
Whenever possible, use summer or winter fuel, according to the following recommendations:
- At ambient temperatures above -7°C, use summer fuel.
- At ambient temperatures below -7°C, use winter fuel.
ATTENTION!
- Do not fill your vehicle with heating oil, gasoline or other flammable liquids other than diesel fuel. Otherwise, you may damage the engine.
- Do not use summer fuel at ambient temperatures below -7°C, as the resulting paraffin clots may damage the engine and impair its proper operation.
- Do not mix diesel fuel with gasoline or other flammable liquids.
