Checking the battery (Nissan Sunny B13)

Check the condition of the tray and battery mount periodically. If traces of corrosion are found, clean the affected area and wipe with a soda solution, then rinse with clean water. Paint with zinc primer.

Check the battery charge level at least once every 3 months.



1. The battery is located in the left part of the engine compartment. Check the condition and reliability of the battery mount by visual inspection.



2. Check the condition and reliability of the terminals (A) and the condition of the cables (B).


3. Clean corrosion with a special brush on the poles (photo on the left) and on cable terminals (photo on the right).
