1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
Warning! If the car stereo system is equipped with a security code, make sure you have the correct combination to activate the audio system before disconnecting the battery!
2. Disconnect the electrical wiring from the mass air flow and intake air temperature sensors.
3. Release the retaining clip of the mass air flow sensor on the intake manifold/resonator.

4. Release the spring clips, remove the upper section of the air cleaner housing in assembly with the air flow measurement sensor of the auto service workshop.
5. Remove the three mounting bolts and carefully remove the lower section of the air cleaner assembly housing from the engine compartment.
6. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
