Attention! Before bleeding the brakes on cars equipped with ABS, disconnect the battery from the ground. It is recommended to bleed the brakes with two people.
1. The need for bleeding arises after replacing parts of the hydraulic drive line. When disassembling the hydraulic drive of one wheel, you can limit yourself to bleeding only the disassembled circuit.
2. Raise the car and place it on stands. Press the brake pedal several times. Before bleeding, restore the fluid level in the reservoir and maintain the level during bleeding, not allowing the reservoir to empty.
3. Start bleeding from the pressure regulator. Loosen and tighten the bleeding nipple (photo).

4. Attach a hose to the fitting and lower the other end of the hose into a container with brake fluid.
5. Ask an assistant to press the brake pedal several times and hold it. Loosen the nipple and after 2 seconds, when the flow of liquid flowing out with bubbles weakens, tighten the nipple. Ask the assistant to release the pedal.
6. Repeat the procedure 8-9 times until there are no more bubbles in the flowing liquid. Tighten the nipple.
8. Perform these actions on the wheel cylinders in the following sequence: right rear wheel, left rear, right front, left front. When finished, restore the fluid level in the reservoir.
