Attention.
- The clutch hydraulic system uses genuine Nissan brake fluid or equivalent DOT 3 or DOT 4 (mixing different types of brake fluid is not allowed).
- Do not reuse fluid drained from the clutch hydraulic system.
- Avoid contact of brake fluid with the vehicle's paintwork.
- Do not use mineral oils, gasoline or kerosene, as they destroy the rubber parts of the clutch hydraulic drive.
- Always replace the concentric clutch release cylinder with a new one each time the gearbox is removed from the vehicle. Return the concentric clutch release cylinder to its original position when removing the gearbox from the vehicle. Dust on the working surfaces of the clutch disc can damage the release cylinder seal, which in turn will result in leaks of the clutch hydraulic fluid.
- Never disassemble the clutch master cylinder and concentric release cylinder.
- Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the clutch disc. Do not use compressed air.
