WARNINGS:
- After any collision, check all angles associated with seat belts, including retractors and seat rails. Nissan recommends replacing as an assembly all of the seat belts that were in use at the time of the collision, even if they show no visible damage or malfunction.
- Also check the belts that were not used in the collision and replace them if damaged or not working properly.
- If any component of the seat belt is in doubt, do not repair it. Replace the belt assembly.
- If the belt webbing is notched, damaged, or has begun to unravel, replace the belt assembly.
- Never lubricate the tongues and buckles of the belts.
- Use only genuine Nissan seat belts.
