
Removal and installation
To remove the clutch release bearing, pull the holders outward.

To remove the clutch release fork, knock out the spring pins, aligning them with the recesses in the clutch housing.

Examination
Check and replace the following parts if necessary:
Clutch release bearing. It should rotate freely, without noise, and be free of cracks, pitting, and visible wear.
Clutch release lever and fork. There should be no visible wear, corrosion or damage on the friction surfaces.
Lubrication
Apply the recommended grease to the contacting and rubbing surfaces.
Excessive lubrication can damage the clutch disc friction linings.
