Check the degree of wear of the friction linings.
- Maximum permissible thickness of linings (above the rivet heads) — 0.3 mm

Check the free play of the disc on the splines and the axial runout of the working surface of the linings.

Maximum free travel of the disc (along the outer edge), mm:
- Model 180 - 0.7
- Models 190 and 200 - 0.8
- Model 215 - 0.9
- Maximum runout, mm — 1.0
Distance from the hub center to the runout measurement point, mm:
- Model 180 - 85
- Model 190 - 90
- Model 200 - 95
- Model 215 - 102.5
Installation
Apply the recommended grease to the transmission input shaft splines.
