Removal
1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Remove the ignition switch trim.
3. Loosen the mounting screws and remove the lower steering column cover.
4. Remove the steering wheel and horn push button.
5. Remove the upper steering column cover.
6. Disconnect the electrical connectors of the combination steering column switch.
7. Loosen the combination switch mounting clamp screw (see accompanying illustration).
8. Push the switch towards the instrument panel, turn it slightly and remove it from the steering column.
Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Make sure that the switch's mounting protrusion fits into the corresponding hole, only then tighten the clamp screw.
