2. Loosen the mounting screws and remove the lower steering column cover.
3. Loosen the ignition switch assembly mounting screw (fasteners and ignition switch components are shown in the accompanying illustration).

4. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the ignition switch from the lock.
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
