Diesel Engine Oil
- K9K engine without a particulate filter: it is preferable to use 5W-30 viscosity engine oil. If 5W-30 oil is not available, use the chart to select the oil with the most suitable viscosity for the given temperature range.
- K9K engine with particulate filter: use only 5W30 low SAPS oil (low ash).
- M9R engine without DPF: Use only 5W40 or 0W40 oil.
- M9R engine with diesel particulate filter: use only 5W30 low SAPS oil (low ash).
