Removal
1. Using the Special Key (KV113C0010 (Mot.1329)) remove the oil filter.
Attention.
- Be careful not to burn yourself (the oil may be hot).
- Before removing the filter, prepare a sufficient number of rags to remove any spilled oil.
- Do not allow oil to come into contact with drive belts.
- Completely remove any oil that has spilled onto the engine and vehicle.
Installation
1. Remove any dirt that has gotten onto the installation surface of the oil filter.
2. Install the oil filter bracket onto the oil cooler by placing the mounting tab into the hole in the oil cooler.
3. Lubricate the contact surface of the new filter seal with engine oil.
4. Install the oil filter until it contacts the seal in the engine bracket.
