The mirrors can be folded and unfolded manually, but do this, if possible, using the switch, because if the ignition key is turned to the Ace or ON position, then depending on the position of the switch, the mirrors may move.
Leave the switch in the center neutral position. If you manually push the mirror forward while pressing the right side of the button, the mirror will turn forward when you turn the ignition key to the Ace or ON position.
If you continuously operate the button, the mirror may stop. In this case, you need to set the switch to the central position and press it again after a while.
Heated mirrors (models for regions with cold climates)
The heating is used to remove ice or water droplets from the mirrors. The heating can be turned on when the ignition key is in the ON position.
Mirror heating operates for 15 minutes after pressing the rear window heating button (the indicator on the button lights up), and then turns off automatically.
To turn off the mirror heating during operation, press the button again (the indicator goes out).
Note:
Mirror heating consumes a lot of electricity, so do not turn it on for a long time, as the battery may be discharged.
When the mirror heater is turned on, the rear window heater is also turned on.
