Crankcase ventilation valve
Examination
While the engine is running at idle speed, disconnect the hose from the PCV valve.
If the valve is working properly, a hissing sound should be heard when air passes through it.

Check the valve for leaks by blowing air from the intake side.
- When blowing: no conductivity
- When sucked in (from -13 to -27 kPa): conductivity is present
Removal
1. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose.
2. Remove the valve.
