Removal
1. Disconnect the battery from ground.
2. Remove the belt from the alternator pulley.
3. Disconnect the wires.
4. Remove the upper and lower bolts and remove the generator.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
2. Adjust the belt tension and check the tightness of the fasteners.
Checking and replacing brushes and voltage regulator
