Removal
1. Remove the distributor.
2. Remove the runner.
Hitachi distributor
3. Place a mark on the part of the toothed core that faces up.
4. Remove the core, take out the pin. If necessary, you can remove the runner.
5. Carefully disconnect the wires from the module, remembering the order in which they are located.
6. Loosen the screws and remove the module.
Mitsubishi distributor
7. Remove the distributor cap.
8. Disconnect the wires, remove the screws and remove the pin.

9. Loosen the screws and remove the integrated module.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
2. On the Hitachi distributor, check the gap in the induction sensor between the core and the stator, which should be 0.3–0.5 mm.
3. If necessary, adjust by loosening the screws and moving the stator.
