The air supply control unit for idling engine operation is installed on the right side of the intake manifold.
Before removing it, disconnect the negative battery cable.
Removal
1. Disconnect the connectors from the auxiliary air control valve and the fast idle solenoid valve, and remove the wires from the mounting clamps.
2. Remove the mounting bolts and lift the block off the intake manifold. Remove the gasket and discard it; when installing, you must use a new one.

Installation
3. When installing, make sure that the mating surfaces of the block and intake manifold are clean and dry, then install a new gasket. Install the air supply adjustment nut, and tighten the mounting bolts securely. Connect the connection connectors and the negative battery cable.
