Attention! The fast engine idling solenoid valve is not sold separately. If it is defective, the entire air supply adjustment unit must be replaced when the engine is idling. This unit is attached to the intake manifold and includes an additional air supply valve, a solenoid valve for increasing the engine speed in idle mode, and an idling speed adjustment screw.
The fast idle solenoid valve is located on the right side of the intake manifold.
Before removing it, disconnect the negative battery cable.
Removal
1. Follow the wires from the solenoid valve to its connection connector and disconnect the connection connector.
2. Unscrew the solenoid valve from the intake manifold, remove the plunger, spring and sealing washer.
Installation
3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. When installing, use a new sealing washer. Check that the plunger and spring are correctly installed.
