1. Pull the bonnet release handle 1, located under the instrument panel. The bonnet will lift slightly.
2. Place your fingers under the front of the bonnet, lift up the lock lever 2 and lift the bonnet.
3. Insert the thrust rod 3 into the groove on the inside of the bonnet cover.
4. To close the hood, return the stop bar to its original position, then carefully lower the hood and press down on it from above until the lock clicks into place.
