1. Testing is done on a cold box. Remove the shield and wipe the crankcase near the oil level plug (photo).
2. Unscrew the plug and clean. The oil level should reach the lower edge of the hole. If the oil starts to flow out when the plug is unscrewed, then the level is normal.
3. If necessary, add oil with a pear or syringe.
4. Replace the plug and tighten to the specified torque. Install the shield.
