2. When replacing candles, it is necessary to purchase new candles, set the gap and screw in instead of the old ones, replacing each candle separately. The type of spark plug is indicated on the plate on the back of the hood.
3. Check the gap between the electrodes of the new spark plugs with a round probe, if necessary, bend the side electrode and set the standard gap (photo).
4. On a cold engine, clean the areas near the candles, remove the wire by the tip (photo), unscrew the spark plug and screw in a new one by hand or with a hose (photo). Tighten the spark plug to the specified torque.
5. Check the condition of the tip and put on the candle.
6. Similarly, replace the remaining candles.
7. Check up a condition of a skirt of an insulator of the removed candles on which it is possible to define the general condition of the engine.
