Note: Later model years of the Utility (Van) and Mini-truck have front combination lamps of the same design as those on the Hardtop and Estate models (the maintenance procedures are completely similar to those described below).
All models except Utility (Van) and Mini-truck
1. Loosen the mounting screws and remove the combination lamp assembly.
2. Turn the socket counterclockwise and remove it from the flashlight assembly (removing the front parking light bulb of Hardtop and Station wagon models is shown in the accompanying illustration).
3. Grasp the bulb and carefully pull the lamp out of the socket.
4. Install the lamp into the socket, having first checked the socket for signs of corrosion and the lamp itself for compliance with the nominal requirements for power and supply voltage (see size and adjustment tables at the end of the Guide).
5. Install the combination light assembly onto the vehicle.
Utility (Van) and Mini Truck Models
1. Loosen the mounting screws and remove the combination lamp lens with the seal.
2. Press on the lamp, turn it counterclockwise and remove it from the socket.
3. Install the lamp into the socket, having first checked the socket for signs of corrosion and the lamp itself for compliance with the nominal requirements for power and supply voltage (see size and adjustment tables at the end of the Guide).
4. Install the lens of the flashlight, making sure to install the rubber seal.
