Table of contents: Adjusting the height of the clutch…↓ Adjusting pedal play ↓
Clutch parts
1 - flywheel; 2 - slave disk; 3 - bolts, 22-29 Nm; 4 - clutch basket; 5 - primary shaft of the gearbox
Two adjustments may be required - clutch pedal height adjustment and clutch pedal play adjustment.
Adjusting the height of the clutch pedal
Pedal height "H" (see illustration below) should be 159.5 - 169.5 mm. To adjust, loosen the lock nut (2) of the pedal stop (3) and move the stop until the height corresponds to the required value. Tighten the lock nut with a force of 16-22 N·m.
Clutch Pedal Adjustment Elements
1 - pedal block; 2 - lock nut; 3 - pedal stop bolt; 4 - rug; 5 - floor insulation; 6 - bitumen overlay; 7 - floor panel; A = pedal play; H = pedal height
Adjusting pedal play

Elements for adjusting the clutch cable. The gap "A" between the arrows on the release lever must be adjusted using the nut (2) after loosening the lock nut (1).
The pedal play needs to be adjusted if the clutch does not disengage well or after installing new parts. Referring to the illustration above:
1. Loosen the lock nut (1) and move the adjusting nut (2) on the inside of the fork until the gap A between the arrows is between 2.5 and 3.5 mm.
2. Tighten the lock nut (1) again.
3. Press the clutch pedal several times and check the play again.
