Seat back trim
1. Remove the folding table.
2. Open the fasteners on both sides of the backrest.
3. Remove the holders from the bottom of the backrest.
4. Remove the inner traction strut (models with side airbags).
5. Press the headrest holder latch through the hole in the bracket with a screwdriver. Pull the holder up and remove it.
Note: When installing the headrest holders, make sure they are positioned correctly.
6. Unscrew the trim so that the retaining rings can be removed from the front and back. Disconnect the trim.
Seat back assembly
Follow steps 1-3 of the previous section, unscrew the 4 backrest mounting bolts and remove it.
Attention: Before assembling the backrest, check the fixation of the tilt mechanism on both sides, first tighten the bolts by hand, then make the final tightening.
Seat cushion trim
1. Press the tilt lever latch inward, slide the handle inward and remove it.
2. Remove the outer cushion cover and the tilt mechanism cover.
3. Remove the holders from the pillow side, inside and back.
4. Remove the rings from the front of the cushion and fold back the trim.
Pillow frame
Follow steps 1-3 of the previous section, remove the cushion from the frame, unscrew the 4 frame mounting bolts and remove it.
Installing rings
Secure the trim to the frame with wire and install the ring.
Note:
Using a special tool makes it easier to install the rings.
If installing new trim, it is recommended to mark the location of the rings before removing the old one.
