Drain the coolant from the radiator.
Remove the air duct and air cleaner housing.
Remove the intercooler.
Remove the engine cover.
Remove the high pressure fuel line.
Remove the intake manifold.
Disconnect the electrical wiring, tubes and hoses and set aside.

Installing an intercooler
Check that the mounting surfaces on the intercooler side and on the cylinder block side are free of foreign particles.
Tighten the connecting bolt after aligning the protrusion on the oil cooler with the stopper on the cylinder block.
