Removal and installation
1. Disconnect the battery from ground.
2. Remove the inner door panel (see subsection 13.11).
3. Disconnect all connectors, mark the wiring route and remove from the brackets.
4. Carefully pull the wiring out of the door holes, removing the seals.
5. Knock out the door opening limiter axle.
6. Mark the position of the hinges on the door.
7. While supporting the door, unscrew the hinge bolts and remove the door.
8. Check the condition of the hinges, replace if necessary by unscrewing the bolts on the body.
9. Clutch shield.
10. Lower bolts securing the clutch housing to the cylinder block.
11. The door is installed in reverse order according to the marks applied. Replace the limiter axis. Adjust the door if necessary.
Adjustment
1. Close the door carefully, check the gaps between adjacent panels.
2. The door is adjusted by moving the door and body hinges in the holes with the bolts loosened. Tighten the bolts after adjustment.
3. Check the adjustment of the door lock, if necessary, adjust by moving the lock on the body pillar with the bolts loosened, then tighten them after adjustment.
