Removal
1. Disconnect the battery from ground.
2. Drain the coolant.

3. Disconnect the upper and lower hoses from the radiator (indicated by arrows) and the expansion tank hose.
4. Remove the fan and shroud.

5. Remove the bolts of the upper radiator brackets.
6. Remove the brackets and rubber pads.

7. Carefully tilt the radiator and remove it (the arrows indicate the lower fastenings), remove the bottom cushions.
Examination
1. Clean the radiator from the outside; if you suspect that the internal channels are clogged, flush it from the inside.
2. It is recommended to ensure that the internal channels are clean by checking their throughput (performed at a service station).
3. Check the radiator for leaks (performed at a service station).
4. Check the condition of the rubber cushions and replace if necessary.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in reverse order, observing the following rules.
2. Make sure the radiator rubber grommets fit into the mounting lugs.
3. Fill the cooling system with liquid.
