2. Place an assistant in the driver's seat or place an equivalent load.
3. Set the headlight range adjuster (if it is present) to the zero position.
4. Turn on the low beam headlights.
5. Rotate the adjusting screws to set the headlight beams to the desired position on the screen. First, tighten the adjusting screws completely. Make adjustments by gradually loosening them.

The axes of the light beams must be parallel to the longitudinal axis of the body and located under the points P (see picture).
The figure corresponds to left-hand drive vehicles. For right-hand drive vehicles, the light spots will be mirror-symmetrical.
The dotted lines indicate the geometric axes of the headlights.
